Juicy and Tender Roast Pork Recipe
This classic roast pork recipe is great for Sunday lunch with the family or can be used to create great Mexican Dishes or even Pulled Pork burgers with the leftovers
Ingredients
- 1 Tspn Peppercorns
- 1 Tspn Cloves
- 2 Clove Garlic
- 1 Onion
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Stick Celery
- 900gm Pork Shoulder
Steps
- Get all the ingredients in a large pot and simmer for 3 hours
- Remove all the strings and score the fat
- Mix honey & mustard and brush all over the top and sides
- Then in the oven at 180c for 45 minutes
- Either pull it apart with a fork or let it cold and slice it up
